Non collections.

I have closed my order books as I have been inundated with orders this side of Christmas. I have asked for upfront payments on anything that is personalised (thank you to those who have done this) BUT orders that are made and not collected will not be accepted going forward. Sweet chelle-ebrations is a hobby, and my time is spent running my full time business so to make time for an order that is not collected (even though contact was made) is unacceptable. If this was to happen again I will be left with no choice but to take full payment for everything at time of ordering.

I'm sorry for such a negative post 😭
