If you have a genuine interest in what goes on at Sanctuary we would like to invite you down to take a look, you can choose a free-to-play board game from the library, and we can organize demonstration games if you are looking into what game/games that interest you. We have a great community of hobbyists who have no problem welcoming new faces, there literally is something for everyone and we can

cater to large groups and families, we cater to small children, teens, and bigger kids i.e. If you are not interested in gaming at all that is no problem, you can arrange to meet up with your friends and have a drink and maybe treat yourself to a snack, we serve the following; 200 Degrees Coffee that is locally roasted in Nottingham, a great selection of cakes, soft drinks, and tea and hot chocolate in town. Table bookings are always advised as we do get busy and your first visit is always free, we do charge a gaming fee thereafter and we also provide a membership scheme to save you money each month and give you a membership discount in the store on food and drink as well as games, hobby supplies and event tickets. The venue is warm and clean with plenty of space and we have a room that is available for groups that require more privacy, if you need any more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The Autumn 2026 40k League, will start on September 1st and run for 5 Phases each 3 weeks long. During each phase you will play 1 game against an opponent using the latest Balance Data Slate and Field Manual.

Phases:

1) September 1st – September 20th

2) September 22nd - October 11th

3) October 13th – November 1st

4) November 3rd – November 22nd

5) November 24th – December 13th

Each phase between games you can change UPTO a maximum of 750pts of your army and your detachment and therefore disposition can be changed as well. The games will be played with the following layouts in each phase:

After the Final round has concluded the draw for the Warhammer Kit of your choice will be done.

🎉congratulations!🎉 To our vendetta, summoner skirmish winner of today! What a fantastic day of playing riftbound! A well earned win indeed! 😁

The tournament will occur on 12th September at Sanctuary Gaming Centre starting at 9:00.

Tickets will be required to participate. The tournaments will occur on one day and will consist of 3, 3 Hour rounds played over the course of the day using Games Workshop layouts and terrain. If you have any questions please message the Sanctuary page or the Competetive Community chat.

ARMY SELECTION

Lists should be 2000pts submitted on the BCP by 10th September using the latest balance dataslate as of that date. You can find this at https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/downloads/warhammer-40000/

You will select 1 disposition for your army for the entire event and cannot change that.

PAIRINGS

The first round will be paired randomly. The rest of the rounds will have Swiss-style pairings, where you will be paired against someone with a similar score.
