We are a Family Business now in its fourth generation. All the staff at Harts are all one big happy family, this hopefully you will experience in our customer service. On the 12th of July 2010 we opened our new 20,000 square feet dedicated despatch centre. This is proving a great success, ensuring that we can maintain high levels of stock and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and is a great new place for our staff to work. Over the years our shop has expanded creating a relaxed and pleasant shopping environment with a vast range of products. Not only a Cookware Shop but also departments in most things from Garden, DIY, Clothing, Camping and Hardware to name a few. Last week, our managing director Graham Hart and HR manager Sampson had the privilege of visiting Julia’s House Hospice following an invitation from Caroline Attreed for a full site tour💙

It was a truly eye-opening visit for them. So many of the everyday things we take for granted are made possible through the incredible support Julia's House Children's Hospices provides to seriously ill children and their families.

When you hear the word “hospice”, it can be easy to think of the worst. But what really stood out to them was that Julia’s House is about celebration, making the most of life, creating memories and supporting the whole family. They got the chance to learn more about everything Julia's House do, the people behind the scenes and the difference their work makes every single day.
