I take great care in making your products and use top quality

glue and paint etc. these plaques and any freestanding shapes I make are not designed to be played with and shouldn't be left alone with children who may pick buttons off etc and potentially swallow them. They are purely for decoration purpose only and I can take no responsibility for items left unattended. Any item you order that is bespoke or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a fault or flaw. I will always send you a picture of your item before posting and that is your opportunity to tell me if you are unhappy or want it changed. Any non personalised item... you have the right to change your mind 14 days after ordering. If you are unhappy with the product when it arrives to you you have the right to return it in perfect condition to me. I will require photographic evidence that item is in perfect condition before I issue you the refund from your original payment. I will not pay postage for any returns that are simply because you have changed your mind.
