my eldest has an emergency dental hospital appointment and i won’t be able to open 3-6 like normal

I sell on FB, website, ebay, tiktok & via etsy (lanyards/ID card holders & cushions only). All items are custom made to order and my turnaround times vary depending on item & peak busy periods. Roughly order are approx. 3 weeks but lanyards are done completely separately from other work in large batches & are generally closer to the 5-10 day mark (where possible) I do however offer a rush order fee via etsy & website should you require it asap, which processes next working day

Due to the high volume of orders I generally only manage my inbox once or twice a week this allows me to optimize my time and get orders made & out the door, please do give me time to reply as sending again will delay my reply as it will effectively become a new message and I work from oldest first

I am stuck in today waiting on an important delivery so pretty much housebound until i get a time slot & i do have something i need to pick up myself in lanark im hoping to be able to run out for if i get a slot 🤣
