After a super busy start to the year, it’s finally time to put the tools down and take a well-deserved break with the family! ❤️

The diary has been absolutely rammed, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has kept me busy. But now it’s time to switch off, enjoy some family time and make some memories! 🍹🌊

A busy few days with these staircase transformations! 💪

🏡 2 houses
🏠 4 staircases & landings
📐 28 curved winders
✨ 2 completely different styles

The first staircase was finished in a beautiful warm neutral Berber carpet with contrasting brown borders, creating a timeless, elegant look. The second was fitted in a modern silver-grey hard-wearing carpet with a clean, seamless finish that really brightens the space.

Curved stairs always take extra time and precision, but the finished results make it all worthwhile. Which style would you choose?

July… what a month! 🤩

Another month full of incredible flooring transformations! From luxury carpets and bespoke stair runners to LVT, laminate and engineered wood, it’s been non-stop. 💪

The next two weeks are completely booked with no days off, and the diary is now full until October! I’ll then be taking a well-earned 10-day family holiday at the end of August before coming back ready to create even more amazing floors. Oh and I’m jumping out of a plane 🪂😬

Lignium Fusion LVT fitted today — what a transformation! 👌

LVT gives you the look of real tile but is warmer, quieter and more comfortable underfoot than standard ceramic/porcelain tile.

A fresh new look for The Cosey! 🍻

This one has been a labour of love. From spending my evening cutting out each individual letter by hand to fitting everything into place today, it’s been great to see it all come together.

The old flooring has been removed, the subfloor fully prepared, and the new flooring installed using Brampton chase LVT to give the bar a completely refreshed look. The personalised entrance detail is the finishing touch that ties it all together to this local club!

Another quality transformation completed, and another happy customer. On to the next one! 💪🏽

Stair runner week! 🤩

It’s been mega busy fitting stair runners and honestly... they never get old to look at 😍

Just look at these ones from this week:
From soft neutrals that blend perfectly, to bold greys and statement patterns — each staircase got its own personality.

Runners are such a great way to bring warmth, add that finished look, and they’re brilliant for busy homes too. Whether it’s a modern oak staircase, a classic white or even a full width runner to save the hassle in painting your stairs, there’s a style to suit every home.

🚧 A project I’m really excited about is nearly ready for installation! 👌

Next week I’m fitting this custom “The Cosey” logo into the bar area of a local social club using Brampton Chase LVT Tile and fitted in-side Brampton chase pebble shore plank. It’s been great seeing this come together, and i can’t wait to see the finished result once it’s installed.

Two jobs completed today… and they couldn’t be more different! 🤩🔥

I love days like this! Today’s installations couldn’t have been more opposite from one another, and that’s exactly what I love about flooring!

🏡 Job one was all about a timeless, natural finish. A stunning engineered wood floor, fully bonded following a full subfloor preparation to ensure the best possible finish. The natural tones and character on this floor look incredible and suit the room perfectly! 😍🪵

💙Job two was all about making a statement! A completely unique stair runner and landing, finished with bold blue taping and pewter stair rods. The combination of the neutral carpet with the blue detailing creates such a stand-out finish — definitely not your everyday staircase, and that’s exactly why I love it! 🔥

From timeless engineered wood to bold, bespoke stair runners — two completely opposite styles, but two amazing finished results!

✨ Another stunning transformation completed today! ✨

Ive just finished this beautiful farmhouse project, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

The lounge has been fitted with a gorgeous fully bonded engineered wood floor. To ensure a long-lasting finish, we first removed the old flooring and tackled some rising damp issues. The subfloor was professionally prepared with:
✔️ Day 1 – Ardex NA Self-levelling compound
✔️ Day 2 – F77 Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) followed by a second self-levelling layer
✔️ Day 3 – Installation of the new engineered wood flooring

Ive also carefully removed the skirting boards before fitting the floor and then refitted them for a seamless, professional finish.

To complete the project, i installed a beautiful light beige Berber stair runner, finished with a stunning sage green tape binding on both the stairs and landing. The combination of the warm oak flooring and elegant runner perfectly complements this gorgeous home.

A fantastic finish from start to finish – another very happy customer! 😊
