As we head into Christmas, we want to say a massive thank you to some very special helpers who’ve made this time of year extra magical ✨

💚 Alan and Annie the Avocados – thank you for all your support and smiles
🧝 Ellie the Elf – spreading festive cheer wherever you go
🎁 And of course, our original Community Shop Elf, who has been such a big part of our journey – we hope you’ve found an amazing new home and are spreading joy there too

We also want to give a huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers. Your time, kindness and dedication are what truly make this shop possible – we couldn’t do it without you 💚

Alan and Annie, our favourite avocados, were all set and ready for their Sunday morning shift at Stalham Community Shop…

…until they remembered the shop is closed today 😄

So instead, they’ve decided to clock off early, put their feet up, and enjoy a well-earned break with a tasty snack 😋

Luckily, our lovely new neighbours Avocado Property (opening in 2026 🏡🥑) have stepped in to help with the search!

Meet Alan & Annie the Avocados – officially taking on Avo on the Go duties 😄 (We didn’t think Avocados on the shelf worked 🤔)

They’re hiding amongst our amazing raffle prizes here at Stalham Community Shop, keeping a close eye on things while the elf is still missing…

Our Elf on the Shelf has gone missing! 😲
One minute he was watching over the shop… the next minute P**F — gone!

We’re a bit worried because elves are meant to stay in the shop and report back to Santa 🎄✨
If anyone has seen him, or if he’s accidentally gone on an adventure with a new friend, please can he be brought back safely 🥰

No telling off, no trouble — we just want him home where he belongs 💚

Let’s help our elf find his way back before Christmas!
