Its about that time...now thing are slowly getting back to some sort normality that we would like to share some photos and thanks to our friends & customers out their for all your support over the years and especially these last few crazy months.

This post is a special thank you to Jason & his team at Custom Cans for being a loyal customer for many years now. Below is one of many reals of 250 custom printed heat shrinks use by Custom Cans when building their amazing & stylish custom headphones for any one that desires something different or personal. Check out what these guys can do and order yourself a custom pair.

For any info on getting your logo, contact details or any additional info printed for identifaction on your leads for either a brand in your range, labeling panel tails, or company name plus length of the lead needed when grabbing out a trunk on tour or maybe a percific colour or warning needed inside a unit you manufacture. Also a great deterrent just to stop your expencive cables on a gig, preventing pertential mix up on a brakedown at the end of the night when everyone's scrambling to get out.

We stock a full range of colour & size shrinks and can print your logo, info or even a bar-code. No standard length, all prints can be cut to your spec. Unprinted, clear and glue lined shrink also stocked.

Thank you to Marvin at Clear Soundz for letting us build his amp panel with back box & tails last month. Here we have a custom NL8 -NL4 split in/output speaker patch panel with 4 banks on a 2U panel for patching his Sub bass, bass, mid's & tops for his speaker stacks.

Full colour custom wired & UV printed patch system with company logo.

PDU16-AV. The Penn Elcom 2U 19" rack mount 20amp AC power distribution unit with power monitor. This units features two x 10amp trip switches, one for channel A and the other for channel B which will cut power to the output socket in the event of an overload. On the left side your see dual USB charging points putting out 5v at 1.8amps which are short circuit proof. Channel A has 4x IEC outputs, max load 10A and channel B has 7x universal sockets for use in the UK, US, Europe & Australia.. 6 on the rear and 1 on the front right. 20amp Neutrik PowerCon input... As most of you will be awear, using a 13amp plug to PowerCon to power this unit will reduce the overall power rating. The power monitoring display (centre) displays the overall voltage, current, power & energy level. This unit must be earthed using the earthen point in a rack.

C-form IP44 panel mount input with outputs C-form 16amp socket with isolating 16amp trip switch. 8 universal sockets IEC & PowerCon useable with plugs in UK, US' Europe and Australia with maximum combined load of 16amp with trip switch. The new Penn Elcom speaker splitter drop box. This box is available in a 6 or 4way, both boxes have an NL8 in that's wired on the 4way from NL8 pins + -1,2,3 & 4 with each Pr going to pins + - 1. Same on the 6way box from the NL8 regarding pin + -1,2,3 & 4 splitting + - 1 & 2 on speakons marked 1/2 & 3/4 then splitting again to all fore speakons marked 1,2,3,4 each on pins + - 1 & 2.

These boxes can be custom wired to any configuration you may be using including pin swaps if needed. Custom colour text is also available and you logo also can be added if you wish.

Huge thank you to John Mann at Musicmann from us all here at Penn Elcom for you order of this tidy custom patch box, your adding to your existing line system.

Below in the photos you can see.... 3U panel & back box with fore banks of 16x MXLR braided, coloured tails with each set wired to a 16way 54pin Male Syntax multi-pin used to patch from the drop boxes on stage. Each bank of 54pin multi's are also colour coded to the panel matching the tails. This system can be custom built to your own spec in many configurations using a range of multi-pin connectors male or female for more or less channels were needed.

The colour coded system can be designed and printed in various other colours & designs to match any of the Neutrik colour coding rings and boots available to suit you. Your company logo in full colour can also be added to your design if you so wish.

The Hand Sanitizer is available in fore sizes... 1ltr, 500ml, 250ml, & 100ml all 80% Alcohol, also a screw pump top for the 1ltr & 500ml bottles available as a separate purchase. Masks come in sealed packets of 25(left) & 5pcs (right).

Big thank you to the guys at Neuron Pro Audio for your order this week. What you see are three patch systems going to California USA, for a Void system. Here at Penn Elcom as shown in the photo's, we can now offer full colour UV printing for labeling on panels as well as colourd logos on custom patch panels, stage boxes & other metalwork.
On these panels you can see not only have we printed colour on the panel we have also matched the colours to the connectors we used making it simple when chasing the cabling inside the rack.

Penn Elcom's new range of tour grade rugged & flexible multi-core cable. Each channel individually jacked, numbered and colour coded for easy wiring purposes. Starting from 6pr and running up to 54pr with most standard pr's in between. With a rugged outer sheaf perfect for touring but still holds a great flexible feel making it easy to run flat in venues and coils well at the end of your gig.
