We’ve got a busy few weeks ahead at Wagmore Pet Boutique, with some fabulous fairs, fun days and dog shows coming up — including a couple we’re very proud to be sponsoring! 🐶🏆

🐾 Happy Fluffing Monday, Poochii’s & Peeps! 🐾

It’s been a slightly different kinda Monday here at WPB HQ today! 🧡

Auntie D swapped packing orders, prepping treats and making all things Wagmore for a few hours to go and volunteer with the wonderful Mabel's Meals at Gordon Rigg Garden Centre Todmorden. 🐶🐾

It was lovely to spend a few hours helping out and giving a little something back to an amazing local cause that does so much to help pets and their people when they need it most. 🥰

Back at WPB HQ now though… and apparently the orders didn’t pack themselves while I was gone. Rude. 😂🙈

We're off to Todmorden! 🥳 We're delighted to have been invited to Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Todmorden on Mon 17th August! Our fab volunteers, Debbie, Sharon and Debby will be there with games and crafts. So if you'd like to know more and help us support the dogs, please pop down. Hoping to see some of our supporters from Todmorden Food Drop In too! 😁

☀️ I’VE SPOKEN TO MY BOSS… ☀️

…and told her I simply cannot work in these conditions. 🥵😂

Quite frankly, Auntie D isn’t Auntie D’ing today. 🥵🤣

All the doors are open, it’s absolutely roasting and treat prepping has officially been SUSPENDED! 🚫🐾

Why? FLIES. 🪰

Now, we do have a very sophisticated fly-control system here at Wagmore HQ:

🪰 One BIG fly zapper
🪰 One medium fly zapper
🎾 And one electric bat… operated personally by me.

And as much as I enjoy a good game of fly tennis — thwack! 🎾⚡😂 — it is simply TOO BLOODY HOT to be chasing the little buggers around the Pantry.

And there is no chance I’m prepping your Poochii’s treats with flies buzzing about. Absolutely not. 🙅‍♀️

So I’ve had a word with the boss…

She agreed.

Mainly because I am the boss. 🤣🤣

🌞🌑 Good morning Poochii’s & Peeps! 🐾

How did you spend your eclipse evening? Did you manage to catch a glimpse? 👀

We had a bit of an eclipse party… well, I say party! 😂 Friends, wine 🍷, some gorgeous authentic Indian food 🇮🇳, a few Poochii pals 🐶🐾 and, of course, my very own homemade eclipse viewer — because apparently I can’t just do things normally! 🤣📦

Mr Shelby & Miss Winny Woo missed all the excitement as they’re still off enjoying their howliday! 🏖️🐾

After all that cutting, sticking and engineering, I’m pleased to report the Eclipse-O-Matic™ actually WORKED! 🙌☀️

There was just one teeny tiny problem…

🌳 TOTALITY HAPPENED BEHIND A MAHOOSIVE BLOODY TREE! 🤣🤣🤣

Still, we had such a fun evening and made a memory out of it — and that's what counts! 🧡
