We have said our last good night to our head of HR today. Alfie has been a part of this small family for 17 years and a massive part of how these few small businesses have been shaped.

He was loved deeply by both myself and Maz and so many others. We are so very lucky to have had 17 years with him. Before we said goodbye we were able to have an entire weekend with him doing his favourite things and giving him the send off he deserved.

We wouldn’t have been able to have had this time if it weren’t for the compassion shown to us by our brilliant team. Freya, Mary and Seb have moved mountains for us so that we could say goodbye without having to have any other concerns. To everyone who works with us, thank you.

Our family and friends have been truly amazing. Without their support I do not know how we would have gotten through these final few days.

Our love goes out to everyone who has shown our boy love in Olaf’s, The Stoat, Coffee Woolston and everywhere else we have been in the past.

Tell your loved ones you love them. Hug your dogs, tell them you love them.

See you all soon.
