Let’s be honest, as a teacher it was natural that one day, my two jobs would work well together, I’ve found a book from our catalogue that I’m going to use to teach with!👩‍🏫 I’ve taken a multitude of books, jigsaws and games in to use but this is the first time I’ve planned one into the curriculum 😁

I’ve picked Anisha the Accidental Detective because it’s an excellent first foray into chapter books! 📔

It’s god some gorgeous illustrations by Emma McCann to really help bring the hilarious characters to life from Bridezilla Bindi to huge and scary Mustaf! 👰🏽‍♀️😱

I absolutely cannot wait to use this book after half term and see what my children think of it 😁💜

Happy World Otter Day! 🦦

Let's celebrate these playful and adorable creatures, and do our part to protect their habitats. 🦦 🪨

We were talking about bees a couple of weeks ago, but the SAME changes we can make to protect bees, can also protect the otters! Recycling, composting, reducing our carbon footprints! 🐝 🪻

We don’t have to be perfect, we all just have to do a bit and collectively we move towards a better future for pretty much all animals including ourselves 💜

Everything has a day 😂 compost yesterday… yes that was a ‘day’ and now national water a flower day today! 🌷

I’ve been watering mine daily for the last few weeks so I’m all set for today and I’m finally seeing the rewards of that effort 😁 what plants are you trying to grow this year?

I used my compost yesterday for the first time and it was so exciting!

To see (two years as I didn’t aerate it enough) worth of waiting actually get used was epic! Hopefully the blueberries I planted for Willow will be all the better for it 🫐💜
