Lets make a blend for that days when we are full of tension, and our shoulders and neck are in pain.
_30 ml of coconut or sweet almond essential oil
9 drops Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
5 drops Peppermint essential oil (Mentha × piperita)
4 drops Ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale)
Combine in a small glass bottle and shake.
Ginger’s touch is warm, offering a contrast to the cool of Peppermint. But these two essential oils have a lot in common, too. Like Peppermint, Ginger helps encourage circulation and calm inflammation. A great friend when you have muscle cramps!
