Here at Grey’s Koi we’ve just had our Animal Welfare Pet Licence inspection from our local Councils Environmental Health Officer.

We are pleased to announce to all our customers we achieved all the higher standards required for the inspection therefore we received the highest star rating of Five Stars.

This was achieved after a thorough inspection of our premises including all our policies and procedures documentation being adhered too.

This is not just about receiving a licence to sell ‘Fish’ this is about having a clean well managed environment, bio security plan, documented policy and procedures regarding our day-to-day management of our koi and premises.
