Step 2: The Perfect Cut 📐 No standard sizes here. Every piece of wood, glass, and mount board is sliced to the exact millimetre. Precision is our middle name.

Step 3: The Lockdown 🔒 The frame is seamlessly joined, assembled, and securely sealed at the back to keep out dust, moisture, and pests.

It’s not just about picking a frame—it’s a craft! Here is how we transform your pictures from a loose print into a masterpiece ready for the wall:

Stage 1: The Consultation 🤝 We sit down together to choose the perfect mount and frame combination that complements both the artwork and your home decor.

Stage 2: Precision Cutting 📐 Measurements are everything. We precision-cut the mount board, backing, glass, and the frame moulding itself to the exact millimetre.

Stage 3: Joining the Frame 🔨 The four corners of the frame are joined, and pinned together securely using specialist equipment to ensure a flawless, sturdy finish.

Stage 4: The Build & Mount 🎨 The artwork is carefully mounted using materials to protect it over time, then layered with the glass and backing board.

Stage 5: Sealing & Finishing 🔒 We seal the back of the frame to keep dust and damp out, attach the hanging hardware, and give the glass a final, perfect polish.

The first photo shows this beautiful maritime print by Thomas Wilkinson in a custom frame that is 20 years old. Two decades later, and it’s still in absolutely immaculate condition—a true testament to what high-quality craftsmanship and premium materials look like over time.

The second photo shows the revamped version. By updating the frame to a more contemporary, textured wood and simplifying the mount, the artwork completely transforms.
