After two very disappointing shows on the bounce, it's about time we had something to lift the spirits, and a new Plymlug Bricktacular after a long break feels like the medicine that's needed! For those that are used to the Brick Festivals at the Life Centre, this is a VERY different show that actually showcases local builders and their creations. If you want the usual overpriced vendors, you'll be disappointed, but if you wish Brick Festival had much more to see, then this is most definitely worth a visit, not just if you're from Plymouth but from all across Devon and Cornwall. Plus all the profits go to the YMCA! It's be amazing to see plenty of you there!

New this weekend to the stall!

Since the chance to pick your own bricks seems to go down so well, we thought why not do the same with minifigs? These’ll be making their debut at NBE Exeter and Brick Festival Taunton this coming weekend. And yes, the rest of the pre-built minifigs we’ve been building up over the last few months will all still be available as usual!

And just like that Supersonic 2026 is over. Thank you so, so much to the Youdale family for organising the show and allowing us to be a part of it, and to absolutely everybody there for making us feel so welcome. Was easily one of the most enjoyable weekends I’ve had doing this!

Progress at the end of day 1 - not bad considering the actual tables were delivered to the venue several hours late and I was flying solo today with Louie joining us tomorrow. A fair bit of tidying up and finishing touches to do but I’m really happy with how it’s shaping up! Now for a much needed rest before the big day tomorrow!

In just 24 hours time I’ll be setting up for my biggest show to date. The nerves have definitely kicked in, but I’m as ready as I’ll ever be, so here’s hoping for an amazing weekend! 🤞

After what feels like an eternity, we're back on the road this weekend! And to two completely new places for us - Brighton on Saturday and Basildon on Sunday. Will the journey be worth it? All I can say is thank goodness hire vans have working air con! 🥵
