From 1st Jan I ran an 8 week holiday prep with him and went from 58kg to 50kg and felt absolutely amazing for my holiday.
He was amazing for the whole prep..with an abundance of knowledge and right there the whole time with 24hr responses whenever needed. Running all my diet and exercise routines, everything tailored specifically to me and my lifestyle.
He is starting another 8 week prep and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!
