Just got back from Staffordshire Model Heli Club. I would like to personally thank them for hosting the 3rd F3N team trial. They had burgers and pulled pork baps cooked for us. We also had a warm club house to get out of the cold and charge our batteries. Thanks as always to Julie for CDing and organising the event!!
That completes the trials and the GBR team for Romania World Champs next year will be Duncan Osbourn 1st, Stu Smith 2nd and myself 3rd.

Brilliant day at Cuffley Model flying club. Thank you Brian Hamill and club members.
3rd leg of the F3N league comp.
1st Duncan 2nd Stu Smith and 3rd for me. Congrats to Adam Turner 4th and Summer Fisher 5th. Scores were really close. A good lead up to the Euro Championships in Denmark, which we will be setting off for on Wednesday. Well done to all pilots great flying!

Had an amazing day at Cuffley fun fly on Sunday. This was organised by John Nobbs in aid of his chosen Charity 'Mind'. A good turn out and plenty of money was raised. Thanks also goes to Brian Hamill for helping in the organisation and sorting out the use of his model club..
Hamish Morley and Petrus Bothma were at the event and both brought along their new IL Goblin Pro helicopters. Summer and myself had the great pleasure of having our first fly on them.
WOW! Even though the machines were not to our own settings there was a noticeable increase in performance all around. I have not had any complaints with my Goblin Raw but this IL is next generation. It is sharper (less latency) without being twitchy. Absolutely locked in forward flight and has superb visability and presence in the air. This isn't just change for change's sake, it truly is next generation! I can't wait to get hold of mine!!

Just got back from the F3N National Championships. I am pleased to achieve second place. and well done to Summer who was in 4th place narrowly missing 3rd to Adam Turner, well done Adam. First place and congratulations goes to Duncan Osbourn.
I want to say a few thanks-

Ed and club members at Hemel Hempstead model flying club for hosting the event. A beautiful club with great faciilities. Susi for cooking and feeding everyone over the weekend. Also Julie Kim Fisher for organising the comp.

First warm up F3N of the season. Blessed with great weather. Thanks to Adam De maine for organising the flying site. Also thanks to Alessio at Heli shop for sponsoring the trohies made by Zolty, excellent job. Good to finally get the season underway.
Congratulations to Duncan Osbourn First Stu Smith 2nd and myself 3rd.
This was a good event for seeing how the other pilots interpreted the new set manoeuvres for this years championship and to be able to get the judges view and feed back.
Finally thanks to Julie Kim Fisher for organising the competition.
