* Items are assembled in an area that handles WHEAT, GLUTEN, SOYA, MILK, PEANUTS, NUTS & other allergens. Some products are not suitable for Vegetarians (please see specific listings for more details). Please message me if you would like to

know any specific ingredients.
* Gloves are worn when handling sweets.
* These sweets could be a choking hazard for small children, it is advised not to be given to minors under 3 years old. Please ensure adult supervision.
* Sweets, Ribbon & Bow may vary to photos but will always match the colour theme you have selected. DELIVERY:
* Free home delivery within 3 miles of Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
* Standard order processing time is 1-3 working days (excluding delivery times) but I always try to deliver ahead of this time frame. If you need it sooner then please contact me and I will be happy to help.
* Deliveries beyond 3 miles of Sleaford will incur a delivery fee of £4 and items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and are normally delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch. If you require express delivery the fee is £5 and would be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which would have a delivery time of 1-2 working days. CUSTOMISATION:
* Cones are sealed with a wire fastening, a bow and ribbon plus finished with a personalized sticker. Please see my range of current sticker designs available. Bow and Ribbon can be customized for any theme or colour preferences. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
* I accept returns if there has been a fault on my part and within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be offered or an alternative product/item sent free of charge.
* If there has been no fault on my part then I cannot accept or exchange items once they have been sent out for delivery.
* Cancellations are accepted unless the item has already been dispatched. PAYMENT METHOD:
* I only accept PayPal payments. Please contact me if this would be an issue and I will help to discuss another secure way of making a payment. Payments to be sent to [email protected] (through friends and family). PRIVACY POLICY
* I require basic information when you order one of my products, use my service or to respond to your query. I will only use this information provided to me for the sole purpose of processing your order or query efficiency.
* Basic details collected will include a name, postal address, email address and details of the product you are ordering. If you are unable to pay via PayPal then payment information will also be collected depending on the alternative method agreed.
* You may choose to provide me with additional personal information if necessary and if connected to your order such as dietary requirements or any other information you might deem important when processing your order or in some instance you may wish for your order to be delivered to a different address than your own.
* Please note, when you purchase any product you are agreeing to share basic personal information to enable me to process your order.
