Heart Shape plaques come with Name - 2 paw prints and pet hook, ready for hanging with jute rope. £20

Rectangle Shape plaques come with Name - 1 paw print and pet hook, jute rope for hanging. £18

Choice of pet hook colour - Black or Beige

Both finished with a medium oak stain.
