Do you think you’d make a good Traitor or a Faithful?
Have you been watching Traitors? I love it and cannot wait for tonight’s Final.

We kind of love and hate the Traitors and want them out but enjoy their tricks and turns too.
Those Traitors have been ruling this series….

I know there is a Traitor in us all - your sub-conscious mind! Yes it plays a clever game - keeping us safe, well and protected is its job description.

How about the not so good parts, the Habits, fears, worries, critical talk, limiting beliefs it holds.
Those beLIEfs - yes LIES, we often accept as truths and become our identities are letting us down, frustrating us, causing grief, fear, anxiety and beating our confidence up.

Voting the Traitors out gives you a clearer game plan leading you to confidence, improved self-esteem, successes, met needs, goals, better sleep, abundance and inner peace.

I’ve had a few Traitors of my own and help people change their inner sub conscious Traitors with EFT, Hypnotherapy and frequency.
