It is with a heavy heart that I have to say we have closed the business down. It is an uphill struggle for small independent businesses as it is, but the cost of living crisis has hit hard and unfortunately Shopify ( who host our store ) are not understanding with this this and charge a lot of money every month even when there’s little trade and we can’t afford to supliment the fees any more out of personal funds.
I truly thank every one of our customers some of which have been with us since the start, its been a blast.

Before you leave a poor review, or send an angry email, please stop and think of the impact this will have on the person behind the small business - they are just as gutted as you that the parcel hasn’t arrived.

This is the busiest time of year for what’s been a tough year for many small business. The Royal Mail strikes is the last thing anyone wanted but due to not getting fair pay is necessary.

It’s not ideal, but in the grand scheme of things what is the true impact of a delayed parcel?

I know many of you wouldn’t do this but emotions are heightened at this time of year, which can sometimes bring out the worst in us. Please take this as a friendly reminder to take a step back before letting those emotions out on someone who is doing their very best.
