FINAL UPDATE:
Following private discussions, we can confirm that the recent disagreement between ourselves and another LEGO resale company has now been discussed in private and we consider the matter closed.
Whilst we remain of the view that their SEO articles are misleading, we really appreciate the other party being willing to engage with us, and discuss the concerns raised. We understand that their article and wider SEO content are currently being reviewed internally, and we hope positive changes will come out of this.
Just to confirm, none of the Toneil Bricks staff left negative reviews for the other party or were abusive to their customer service department. The first direct contact we had was in the past 48 hours to discuss a resolution. We hope our community already knows we would never do that kind of thing under any circumstances.
We would also like to thank everyone who showed support for Toneil Bricks throughout this situation. The strength of feeling shown by members of the community demonstrated how important honesty, accuracy and accountability are within the LEGO space.
We believe the concerns raised have now been heard and acknowledged, and as far as we are concerned, the matter is closed. With this in mind, we politely ask our community to give the other party a second chance, along with the time and space needed for them to make relevant changes. Our aim throughout this entire process has been to call out mistakes, and encourage positive change, and we believe that aim has now been met.
Our focus now returns to serving our customers and continuing to grow the business.
