First day back at my day job today after two weeks off with the kids.

And I always notice something on days like this.

Most of my week is already spoken for.

Work. Family stuff. Dinner. Bedtimes. All the normal life admin that somehow fills every spare gap.

Which is exactly why I still value having something that is mine as well.

My Usborne business doesn’t need me to quit my job or somehow find loads of spare time I don’t have.

It fits around everything else.

Some weeks I do more. Some weeks I do less. But it still gives me a chance to be creative, work with schools and families, earn extra money and build something that I’ve chosen for myself.

And I’d really love to find someone new to join my team who wants something similar.

Someone who wants a bit more than work, chores and waiting for the weekend.

Someone curious enough to try something new and motivated enough to make it their own.
