Hi everyone, just a quick message regarding postage.

Upon ordering you will always be given the option to have your items posted using untracked or tracked method.

If you choose the untracked option, this means we have no tracking information to your order and will not be able to confirm any information regarding it once it has been posted. So if for what ever reason the item gets lot in the post or is delayed unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about any problems that may arise. (We do always get proof of postage from royal mail for our records and can be sent if required)

It is always better to get tracked for piece of mind however we know that due to the price difference not everyone wants to do that option.

So please bear in mind the above when choosing your postage option :)
