We are hiring! - Critical Mass Systems are looking for an individual to join our team, ideally the candidate will be a good communicator and have some experience relevant to the role however full training will be provided to the right person.

The ideal person would:
• Be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job
• Be flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile
• Be willing to learn about how to use the equipment we sell in order to advise customers
• Maintain excellent time keeping
• Advising customers both about the equipment we sell and on popular growing techniques (after being given training from the sales team)
• Upselling and advising add on products to customers
• Carrying out routine stock inspections and always working with a focus on stock accuracy.
• Cleaning and maintaining the shop area and active plant will also be part of the daily routine.
• You will be expected to support your team and complete any further tasks assigned to you.

We often get asked for products such as PGRs as customers aim to produce denser flowers and extra weight, some of these products contain chemicals we wouldn't recommend using. We are now however stocking Goliath from Evoponic which does the same job but without nasty chemicals. Designed to be used late on in the flowering stage for one week (week 6 or 7) Goliath will improve density and weight without compromising on quality. 1l bottles in stock now available online or instore 🌱🌱🌱
