We now have a music practise diary for sale. These contain a page of lined paper and a page of manuscript paper.

We have been using them with our pupils and they seem to like and enjoy them.

My 'unusual' clients.

Although sports massage generally targets a very specific injuries or aches and pains.

Deep tissue massage has be shown to provide great help for chronic problems and problematic areas.

Musicians often fall into this category, holding heavy instruments, poor posture or unnatural positions.

These can all lead to muscle stiffness and tightness or even pain. All of these respond well to deep tissue work.

My wife is starting a mindfulness and anxiety class for children.

This is going to be perfect for year 6 children worried about starting high school. Alongside any others that would benfit from some mindfulness exercises.

Running for 4 weeks initially, with lessons will be run via zoom.

Yamaha YFL 311 Flute which has a solid silver headjoint and silver plated body. Originally from Lewingtons in 1986. It was last serviced in 2016 by Anton in Maidstone but hasn't been played much since.

I am including a new gauze cloth and silver polish cloth and a quantity of books.
