Busy busy baking this morning! Special order of sweat treats from our cafe today 😍

We've made some fresh mini egg brownies, rocky road and Victoria sponge (using Jerome's grandma's recipe) for one of our lovely regulars.

Had some lovely ladies in for a Christmas lunch on Wednesday!

Jerome whipped up a 5 course meal including: Smoked salmon with radish mousse on potato cakes and prawn cocktails for canapés, a langoustine bisque for starters, a confit of duck leg with a gingerbread chai sauce for main, Belgian chocolate mousse with caramel drizzle for dessert, and chocolate covered strawberries with a variety of macrons and coffees as petit fours.
