Happy WIP Wednesday!! 🧶🖤

Here's a little look at a top I'm currently working on using leftovers from the UnseenYarn 2025 - 2026 Spooky Yarn Club! 🫶💕 I have combined The Invisible Man, Dracula and Dracula's Daughter and I think they look stunning together! 😍

Only the neckline and sleeves left to go! 😁🧶

Also, my main Spooky Yarn Club project has been finished since just after the final yarn came out...I just need to weave in those pesky ends 🫣😅 Luckily, I've been good at weaving the ends in on this piece as I go 😂

I've been rewatching Once Upon a Time lately, some may call this a guilty pleasure show, but I don't like the term "guilty pleasure" - like what you like - cheesy, cringe, whatever the guilty part is supposed to be!! I will admit though, I've never watched the final season...I've never been able to get myself to 🫣 I know how it all ends, I'd just rather it have ended with season 6 😅😬

Before anyone asks, of course Rumple and Hook are my favourites 😂

Anyway, whilst rewatching I've been noticing all the cosy knits (especially in season 1), so I decided to scour the internet for some patterns and was delighted to actually find some! 😄 I've decided to work up a few pieces while going back through the show, starting with this Mary Margaret Lace Tam! This was a joy to work up and I'd definitely like to make more for autumn!! I just did as the pattern said for this, but for future makes, I'm definitely going to take out a repeat or two to make it slightly smaller! Though at this size it does have a perfect amount on slouch to it! 😄

I'm terrible for spotting crochet and knit pieces in TV shows and films, there's always SO many things I want to make 😂😂

Finally gotten around to taking photos of this Dragon Fin Shawlette that I made using May's Moth Club Yarn from UnseenYarn 🩷💛

This colourway just screams summer to me and I wanted to work it up immediately, since it fit the season! 😄🍦☀️ So I found a nice, quick pattern that helps to showcase how beautiful this yarn is! 😍🧶 A wonderfully versatile piece that is simultaneously light and cosy 🥰

Here's the Nausicaa top that I made using some of the stunning Requiem yarn from Hi-Score Yarns 🎮🧶🖤

I decided to skip a portion of the ribbing so that I could add some lace to the bottom section and I think it makes a nice addition to the piece! 🥰

I know I've said it before, but I love those pops of blood red that run throughout this yarn 😍 Such a fun colourway and inspiration!! ❤️ I think the world needs more horror video game inspired yarns! 😄👻🖤

Also, as much as this is a fitted top, I still don't think it's quite as fitted as Leon's in RE9 😂😂

And my Monday Sweater is complete! 😁

I absolutely loved working this piece up, both the pattern and yarn were fantastic 😊 The pattern was clear and simple to follow. The yarn was super soft and plush - which is always a bonus when working up larger pieces! 😄💚🖤

The yarn also worked up so beautifully 😍 It's such a simple yet effective colourway! I've loved every single one of the Noir yarns from Unseen Yarn, I think they're brilliant for day-to-day staple items like this! I definitely think that a jumper made of Garnet Noir would be great for a spooky festive make...maybe I'll have to do that 👀

I definitely need to make more of these sweaters for autumn/winter time! 🍂❄️🧶

This piece was actually finished on the 17th, but then I blocked it, waited a few days for it to dry and then we had a heatwave - so I've only just gotten around to taking photos 😂 It was actually cool enough to wear out all day yesterday and I was extremely happy about that 😄💚🖤

I still have a whole skein left, so I can work up another smaller project in this stunning colourway! 😄

I made this Turquoise Halter Top using some Lae'zel inspired yarn from GamerCrafting 🧶💚

I felt like this top would be something that Lae'zel would wear as part of one of her camp outfits, so it seemed like the perfect pairing! 😄🗡🧶

I'm tempted to make a removable chain and attach some blood drop beads to it, then add it to the waist...I think Lae'zel would approve 😂🩸🗡

I finished making this Picot Crop Top last night, using some Amethyst Noir from UnseenYarn! 🧶 I feel like I need to make SO many things using this yarn now!! Nothing will ever beat a black and purple colourway! 😄🖤💜

I finished making this Nausicaa top using some Nadja yarn from UnseenYarn and I am SO in love with it! 😍

I want to make anything and everything out of this colourway now!! 🧶 I have some more Laszlo and Nadja in my stash and I definitely need to work them up together! 🥰🦇💜

This top was such a fun make as well! The added details of eyelets and twisted ribbing just add that little extra pizzazz! 😁💖
