Meat Dust BBQ Chicken Thighs with Mustard Honey Glaze!
๐Ÿ”ฅ Fire up the grill and let the magic begin! Here's how to make it: ๐Ÿ”ฅ

- Preheat your barbecue to 160C
- Coat the chicken thighs with oil to ensure that the rub adheres
- Season the chicken thighs with Jack's Meat Shack Meat Dust
- Cook on indirect heat, lid closed
- Prepare the glaze: mix Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar and add a splash of apple cider vinegar
- Once the chicken temp has reached 65C, apply the glaze on the chicken thighs (both sides)
- Cook until internal temp reaches 74C
- Let them rest for 10 minutes

Savour the succulence of our slow-smoked BBQ ribs, lovingly dusted with Jack's Meat Shack Meat Dust and intimately smoked for 3 hours at 120C. After which, we brushed them with the sweetness of maple syrup and then lovingly caressed with a pat of butter or two, these ribs are then swathed in foil and put back in the smoker for 1.5 hours.

The piรจce de rรฉsistance? A generous brush of tantalising BBQ sauce, before they are sent back to the smoker one final time (unwrapped) to develop an irresistible, caramelised glaze. This isn't just a recipe, it's a love letter to flavour.
