What started as a simple idea inspired by our customers has grown into something truly special.

Over the years, many of our customers have encouraged me to expand beyond our Caribbean products and bring more homemade treats to the community. After plenty of testing, baking, and perfecting recipes, I’m excited to introduce our new range of Caribbean Style Muffins.

From our signature Rum & Raisin to Coconut, Cinnamon, Poppyseed, Raisin, and classic Caribbean Sponge, every muffin is handmade by me with the same care, quality, and passion that you’ve come to expect from D IslandGirl.

What began as customer suggestions has now become a growing part of our business, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement you’ve given us along the way.

🌴🧁 My first attempt at making my Trini-style Rum Cupcakes... and like WOW! 😍🥃🍰

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but these turned out so moist, fruity, and packed with flavour. The kitchen smelled absolutely amazing while they were baking! 🤤

Made with soaked fruit, spices, a generous splash of Caribbean rum, and plenty of love ❤️

This may just be the beginning of something special... 👀
