27 meter 6” thick poolside curved bench in solid redwood. Made from trees that have been a natural habitat in the woods at the Longleat estate for many years. A simple oak cube of impressive proportions makes an interesting destination within a beautiful garden to go to and enjoy a glass of wine or to admire as you pass through the area. There is something special about achieving a solid cubic meter. This from a naturally fallen oak allows the tree to live on in its second seed.

The black opus made for the Nocturnal garden at the 2026 Chelsea Flower Show has now been placed Teffont House for people to sit on or lie on if they prefer. Teffont House is a beautiful place to be and comes highly recommended. This piece is for sale but also hopefully being enjoyed by visitors visually and practically.

Delivery of bespoke Cabers completed to the very far north of the Highlands. We were asked if we could mill responsibly sourced oak into cabers to restore a lochside ruin for Richard Preston WildLand Not an easy task to find good quality oak at 7m let alone turn it into hand finished cabers. Beautiful landscapes and single track roads, a wonderful experience.
