Our social road ride rolls out every Wednesday at 18:00 🚲

Why not join one of our three groups? Each heads out at a different pace and distance, so there’s always something to suit you.

Key details:
• 18:00 ride out
• 3 groups, approx 2 hour ride
• Front & rear lights are mandatory
• No drop policy - we wait for the slowest rider

It’s all about getting out, riding together, and enjoying it.

Last Saturday Garry and Sam headed up to Roadford Lake to complete their British Cycling Level 1 Ride Leader course.

Why? For us, it’s all about making our social rides as safe and well run as possible. This is the first step in making sure we’re properly qualified to lead the rides we love putting on.

It was a great day out with a group of fellow riders, learning how to manage junctions, group riding tips and all the small details that make a big difference, all in a great place to ride and learn.

If you’re thinking about doing the course yourself or becoming a ride leader, let us know and we can point you in the right direction 👍

Supporting local events is something we really believe in. Community is a big part of cycling, so we try to get involved wherever we can.

Nick from Magicshine UK was putting on his first time trial and needed a hand, so Garry stepped up to help out as a marshal.

Sam was out racing as well in a strong field of 65 riders, coming away second in the road bike category and sneaking in a 1 second PB over 10 miles with a time of 22:53.

Big thanks to Nick for putting on the event, we’re already looking forward to the next one 👍

Have you been out enjoying the nice weather and the longer evenings?☀️

Garry certainly has… leaning his Trek Rail precariously on sea walls.

The Rail is our go-to for adventures around Cornwall, with the 800Wh battery and up to 120Nm of torque, you’ll be able to get up any hill in Cornwall.

We have a great range of Trek Rails in store ready to try, starting from the Rail 5 at £3900.

What a scorcher of a social ride!

Three groups out again this week, Short, Middle, and a special ride heading over to support the brilliant women’s-only time trial put on by Kernow Racing Team.

It’s such a great way to introduce women to racing and help get more women into cycling, which is something we’re really proud to support as a shop.

Thank you to Imogen and Lee for taking out the other two groups
