We have commissioned Everyday Self Defence to provide training to keep your staff safe. This is a FREE in-person, training session developed for retail staff working in St Alans City Centre.

You’ll learn how to:

1. Spot early warning signs before incidents escalate
2. Understand offender behaviour and opportunistic crime
3. Stay safe during theft or robbery situations
4. Protect colleagues and customers in the moment
5. Communicate clearly when calling for support
6. Recall key details to assist police if needed
