Hi everyone hoping you’re all keeping well and looking forward to the Easter bank holiday
As the town goes quiet over the Easter period I’m taking the opportunity to take a little break n get my mum to the seaside for a few days now she’s feeling so much better and out of hospital thank god 🙏 so we’ll be closed Good Friday Saturday Easter Sunday and back to work on the weds 8th April but I will be there this week Tuesday 10-12
Weds and Thursday 10-3.30 many thanks I think we both need this break see you on our return thankyou all for your continued custom and your understanding over the last few months it is appreciated but things are getting back on track as mum says

Hi peeps hope alls well and everyone’s looking forward to the warmer weather ahead
Firstly thankyou for all your custom orders framing jobs all sorts of interesting work over the last 26 1/2 years and lets hope it carries on for another 26 1/2 years 😊😊
Secondly for the next few days we will be closing at 3.30 due to visiting my mum in hospital with pneumonia it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster last few weeks but mums on the mend and will be coming home hopefully in the next few days 🙏🙏
Leaving at 3.30 allows me to drop Dakota at home get into Bedford hospital car park see mum for 2 hours before they serve dinner
I hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience but this schedule works for seeing mum feeding Dakota feeding myself all while keeping on top of all the work but thankyou to everyone for being understanding nothing changes as mum says “business as usual” so see u all soon thanks again steve n Dakota

Hi peeps happy new year everyone hope the cold airs keeping the germs at bay
Due to storm grotty that’s on its way I keep hearing different weather warnings about Northants tomorrow so I’m going to keep an eye on the weather and hopefully have no problems on my 18 mile journey from other side of Bedford where I live
The A6 is a treacherous road on the best of days but if there’s a risk of heavy snow Ice etc I will be taking a snow check I’ve been doing this journey for over 35 years day in day out and I will not risk my health if I feel the journey wont be safe
Basically if it’s bad weather call the shop number on 01933356082 10-4 weds Thurs Fri or 10-2 Saturdays if u get an answer great if I don’t answer after a few times we’re not there
This is a discussion the boss (DAKOTA) has had with me all day and she made the final executive decision 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Thankyou all for your understanding I’m sorry for any inconvenience but dakota thinks it’s common sense with such bad weather forecast ahead stay safe and warm and get the sledges out thankyou all 🙏

Good afternoon world and happy 2026 thankyou all for your support over the last 26 years of business its really appreciated in these hard times the country is going through
So after taking a few days off and being away from it all Its now time to snap back to reality and think about opening the shop up to start seeing all you lovely people again
So we’re opening weds 7th Jan and will be doing our normal hours of weds Thurs Fri 10-4 sat 10-2 look forward to seeing you all and hope you have a lovely weekend 🙏🙏

I’m struggling getting hold of a few customers seems your phone numbers may be written down incorrectly if you’re expecting your framing orders in time for Xmas they will be done please call the shop number with the order ticket number so I can get these Xmas gifts to you In time to be wrapped for the man in the red suit
