JOB APPLICATION UPDATE

Some applicants have now been booked in for interviews this week.

Please ensure you check both your inbox and junk/spam folders, as a large number of people have informed us that our response emails were filtered into junk folders.

We are still actively receiving CVs and covering letters and are working through applications as quickly as possible alongside running the business day to day.

WE ARE LIVE 🎥 + JOB INTERVIEW UPDATE 👀

We’re going live shortly from the shop, but keeping the shop OPEN at the same time 👀

The camera will mainly be facing towards the back of the shop, but just a heads up, if you pop in there is a chance you may end up on camera.

If you’d rather avoid becoming internet famous against your will, the live should be finished around 2pm 👍 (there is a sign at the door too incase you dont see this)

Also a quick update regarding the job applications 👀

We’ve replied to some emails asking for your availability for interviews, but apologies we still haven’t fully worked through and confirmed dates/times yet.

Things are currently running at about 100mph here… which is exactly why we need more staff 🤣
Plus, Gemma is now the store manager and telling us what to do 🥳

Thank you to those who have sent in CVs so far, we are working through them.

More info on the position we have available:
- pay is national minimum wage
- starting on zero hours contract whilst we’re expanding the business
- shop hours are 10-4 weekdays and 10-2 Saturday, occasional evenings may be required for live selling
- discount on purchases for staff members

I also wrote the last post without consulting Craig, his requirements are “dark sense of humour and able to have banter” basically… if you’re easily offended, we’re probably not the workplace for you, bring the banter, have a laugh✌🏼he isn’t as bothered about what a piece of paper says and wants to know what you’re like in person - can you sell a pen on camera😏(IYKYK)
