Basil reporting in 🐶

Hi all, it’s me, Basil 🐾
Chief trouble maker behind More Than Basil!
I’ve not been barking on Facebook much lately…because… well… I’ve been a bit poorly.
The vets say I’ve got “severe hip dysplasia” (sounds fancy, feels sore) and they’re still poking and scanning my tummy to figure out the rest.
BUT while Mum and I have been resting, she’s finally dusted off the business and set up a pop-up at Laura Jayne Salons in Hill Ridware.
I told her it’s time we got back out there — someone has to earn my treat money.

Please go visit Laura at her beautiful salon, treat yourself to a pamper and then browse our wonderful selection of gifts that we hope bring you a smile! 🐾

Basil has been catching up with Wimbledon this evening again. He wasn’t impressed with the result 🐶🙈
We’ve had a great day though, preparing for the hill ridware fete tomorrow 🥳
Hoping the weather is Kind to us all tomorrow, no rain please 🙏🏻
Hope to see you all there tomorrow, such a great event. The organisers work so hard all year round to provide this event and all proceeds go to the local church.
Remember just come as you are and you’ll leave with a smile 😊

Hope everybody has had a better day than Basil 🐶🎾🏸
He’s been rehired onto our more than Basil team.
We will be getting ready for our stall at the Hill Ridware Fete this coming Saturday 5th July.
But for now little man you’ve had a busy day. Rest is so important for us all.

📓 Basil’s Diary
3:12am – Woke up mum, Felt the hallway might be suspicious. Had a sip of water.
3:14am – Hallway clear. Mission accomplished. wet my tongue!
3:16am – Back to bed. Mum seems… unsettled.
3:17am – Began snoring to comfort her.
9:42am – Still no snacks. Will file complaint.

Hi everyone
Unfortunately we won’t be able to attend penkridge Market this Saturday. We may have to step back in June too. We will keep you posted on our return in July.
