I promise there was a good reason for being a little late restocking The Flower Hut today... ⚽😴

The Scotland match had us all glued to the screen! Huge congratulations to the on their win. 💙

Watching the excitement in our house reminds me counting down to the 1998 World Cup (probably the last football match I watched!🤭🙈) Now it's my children bringing that same energy and excitement and they had their alarms set for 1:45am!

Anyway, The Flower Hut is fully stocked with beautiful peony bunches 🌸🌸🌸

It's been a wild old week here! We've had sun, all the rain and even SNOW! In June...SNOW! But the flowers are still flowering their little socks off!

I didn’t plant nearly as many tulips this year as I'd intended to but the few hundred I did grow have felt extra special. 🌷
I chose unique varieties for my early spring weddings, and now these beauties are closing out tulip season in the best way.
Seeing arms full of blooms like this has me wondering… should I double down and plant way more next year?

🌷🌷 Happy May Day 🌷🌷

It started as a slow morning… but a little wander out to the flower field in my PJ’s somehow turned into two hours of pottering and jobs with the littlest helper🌸

Spring is really showing off now—ruffles, frills, the dreamiest colours, and those little treasures popping up when you least expect them.

The 456th of January has me dreaming of summer weddings so let's have a little week of throwing it back to all the beauties of last year!

Kat and Peter at the stunning the perfect June wedding filled with Sunflowers, Sweet peas, Sunglasses and...Alpacas 🦙!

I always get butterflies in my belly delivering those bridal party bouquets but I really can't wait for that feeling again!

❄️A bit of a softer start to 2026 than I was planning but I'm definitely not complaining! ❄️

It's been a week of sledging, igloo building, falling on my bum🙈🤕, fetching milk for neighbours, digging out polytunnes, drive ways and roads, and drying sallopets 300 times a day!

The field is sleeping under all that snow and until we have a little more daylight (currently around 6.5 hours) there will be no seeds sown here!

Am I the only one loving this snowy pause… or are you all out there sledging too? 😄❄️
