ily, pay our bills and put food on the table. We are not some big corporate company out to make as much profit as we can! So… thank you for supporting us and helping us to grow and be part of the Crystal community! We love crystals and want to bring the crystal family and mineral kingdom to as many people as possible. After much searching for the perfect premises, The Crystal Tree opened its doors in November 2014. We closed the shop in Leigh-on-Sea at the end of August 2022 after almost 8 wonderful years. In April 2023 we signed a new lease for a little shop in Ross-on-Wye…a new adventure begins! We offer for sale all types of crystals and minerals from around the world. Including a large and constantly changing selection of fabulous Unique and One-Off Pieces, a huge range of tumbled stones, carved and polished pieces, pendulums, a great range of exquisite crystal jewellery and so much more! We do not produce a brochure due to the very nature that crystals are unique, and we do not stock mass-produced low-quality items. So, please explore our Facebook site and our website, which we update regularly, and feel free to ask questions! We are happy to offer advice and answer your crystal questions - even if you don't buy anything from us.

Just spent far too long battling with the website to get this one listed 😩
Loading products onto the site has become ridiculously difficult lately (thanks Rank Math!), so I’m glad this one is finally up.

Just emptied this tray to give it a proper clean — and wow, what a gorgeous rainbow of polished palmstones came out! 💎
From deep reds and forest greens to soft pinks, sunny yellows, and banded beauties — every one is smooth, pocket-sized, and perfect for holding or displaying.
These are all natural stones, polished to highlight their unique patterns and mineral makeup (no two are exactly alike).

Crystal of the Day: Black Tourmaline (Schorl) 🖤
This one has been the surprise bestseller today - sold more of it than any other crystal, even with just two customers in the shop! 😂
Look at those dramatic vertical striations - they form because tourmaline grows in long parallel columns deep underground. It’s the iron-rich variety of tourmaline, which gives it that intense black color.

Three years ago today, we signed the lease for our shop here in Ross-on-Wye ✨💎

Moving from Leigh-on-Sea in Essex was a big step for us, but it’s one we’ve never looked back on.

As outsiders, we truly feel Ross is such a lovely little market town… full of independent shops, friendly faces, and of course the beautiful Wye Valley right on the doorstep 💚💕

Today marks that turning point in the year where day and night sit in perfect balance… and from here on out, the days just keep getting lighter ☀️

It always feels like a bit of a reset - a shift into brighter mornings, fresh energy and everything starting to come back to life again 🌱

I’m leaning into that here in the shop too, giving the shelves a good clean and refresh ✨

This labradorite caught my eye today in the shop—look at that labradorescence flash under the light! ✨�Fact: The colours come from light bouncing off microscopic twinning layers inside the feldspar mineral (no magic, just geology doing its thing).
