As well as Ozpig and Monolith Kamado our smaller, almost impulse purchase, product range of Smokey Olive Wood is going down really well. A full range of Spanish wood varieties (not just Olive) for smoking in chip, chunk and dust form is available for both 2021 and 2022.
Sustainably, carefully, and traditionally sourced Orange, Lemon, Holm Oak, Almond, and of course Olive to give something different to the bog standard US style woods. Mediterranean beach style bbqs anyone?
