Vegan Honeycomb is here!😍
If you've been to see me at the Yarm Pop Up or at today's market in Saltburn you might well have tried this already.

Chocolate coated honeycomb (no actual honey in sight) dusted in gold because these are golden nuggets of joy even if I do say so myself!

Have you had a tasting menu before?
Where was your favourite?
Mine would be Relæ in Copenhagen but have you had a chocolate tasting menu?
That's what's on offer here:
To start we have the bread, a toasted brown bread ganache with a crunchy seed layer encased in a dark chocolate shell. 🍞
Next up, 'Starters' , inspired by a French Onion Soup this rich onion caramel inside a dark chocolate bar may seem unusual to start but when the umami onion flavour meets that caramel sweetness it is something unforgettable. 🧅
For 'Mains' Beetroot and Almond are the stars of the show, a bon bon filled with rich ganache that brings sweet and nutty flavours together in a glowing purple centre. 🟣
Now to cleanse the palette with fresh flavours is a 'Pre-dessert' of Strawberry, Lemon, Cucumber & Pimms. 🥒🍓
To finish there is a Raspberry & Lemon Eton Mess Bar, a zesty centre, sharpness from raspberry and the sweetness of white chocolate and crushed meringue! 🍋
