💛 A Personal Update 💛

I have been putting off writing this post because, if I’m honest, it makes everything feel a little more real.

Many of you know my story and the journey I’ve been on since being diagnosed with bone cancer. Lane’s Custom Creations was built during some of the toughest times in my life and has given me purpose, focus and a creative outlet when I needed it most.

Unfortunately, my health has recently taken a turn with being diagnosed with a reoccurrence of Cancer , and I am now preparing for a period of hospital treatment as an inpatient. Because of this, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause Lane’s Custom Creations and stop taking new orders.

This wasn’t an easy decision. This business means so much to me & Dad, and we have always taken pride in creating meaningful products for every customer who has chosen to support us. However, right now my energy needs to be focused on my health and the treatment ahead.

I want to thank every single person who has supported Lane’s Custom Creations over the years. Whether you’ve placed an order, shared a post, recommended our business, donated to a fundraiser, or simply followed along on my journey, you have been part of something incredibly special.

Many of you will also know that I am currently organising a fundraising event in support of the Bone Cancer Research Trust, a charity that is very close to my heart. Despite everything that is happening, this cause remains incredibly important to me, and I am determined to make the event as successful as possible.

If you would like to continue supporting me while the business is paused, the biggest thing you can do right now is support the fundraiser by purchasing a ticket, sharing the event, donating a raffle prize, or simply helping spread the word.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for standing beside me through another chapter of this journey.

I don’t know exactly what the coming weeks and months will bring, but I hope that when I am strong enough, I’ll be back creating for you all again.

Today was our first stall back after our holiday and it felt so good to be back 🫶

Getting out, meeting you all and being able to share a little part of what we do is something I’ll never take for granted 🤍

Back from a little break and straight into one of our favourite things… market days 💛

We’ll be at the Spring Fair tomorrow at Dinton Pastures Country Park from 11am–4pm 🌸

It’s set to be such a lovely day with so much going on – perfect for a family day out! Come and have a browse, say hello, and see what we’ve been working on ✨

There’ll be plenty of amazing stalls, activities for the little ones (including a Bluey meet & greet 🐾), and lots of spring vibes all around 🌼

We can’t wait to be back and see some familiar faces 💕
