Hello, my name is Fabrizio Moretti and I come from Genoa, North-west Italy. 👋

I moved to England in 2020 and joined Mama’s Way a year ago. My role is a shop assistant and this is my first experience in hospitality, however I have always had passion for food, especially home-made traditional Italian food 🥰 I am really happy and proud to be part of this amazing concept, that brings piece of Italy to Reading, not only for Italian community here but also for everyone who loves great food and Wine. 🍷🍇🍽️

Our suggestions for wine pairing with Zampone and Lenticchie - pork leg and lentils, typically consumed at midnight on New Year’s Eve to wish good luck for the coming new year. 🍾💫✨

1️⃣Here the pairing is with Pomona, Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuscany. Tasting notes “ dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant (cassis), black cherry, blackberry with notes of green bell pepper. Full body wine.
2️⃣Cannonau di Sardegna: tasting notes” Slightly toasted, red fruit aromas. Dry fresh and pleasantly smooth on the palate. Good structure and balance.”
