Recovering from a FANTASTIC weekend at Sausage Festival!
Thanks to everyone who shopped, chatted and visited over a very busy and sunny 3 days!

In The Old Laundry were 6 other Amazing Cumbrian based stalls with even more amazing, talented and awesome women aka The Laundry Ladies! We had a fab weekend collaborating, chatting, supporting each other and having a good giggle! It's often a lonely day at a stall on your own so it's so heart warming to have been able to work alongside these awesome ones! Give them a follow too!

We are all back tomorrow for more Sausage Festival!

Coming to Sausage Festival 2025 tomorrow or Monday? Make sure you’ve pre-booked your Sausage Tasting Tickets!

Tastings take place from 12:15pm – 1:45pm only — you’ll need to be here then to taste and cast your vote for the Sausage Champion!

If you're a Premium Member, tastings are included in your membership — but you still need to reserve your free tasting slot in advance via the members portal, as spaces are limited and subject to availability.

Sausages will be available to buy from our traders all day, so come hungry and make a day of it!

A recent Upside custom make was this bicycle tool roll! Colours chosen to match the black & pink bike with custom slots spaced for the specific tools.

It holds all the essentials for on-the-road repairs and rolls up to fit inside the pannier.

A fun make, made from 100% upcycled materials!

A day out at where I enjoyed wandering the gardens and feeling inspired by the wonderful things around me. I particularly loved the Yew Avenue and the amazing shapes and lines on the trunks. It was fun to play with my paints and recreate some of the atmosphere.

2024 is rolling towards the end! Upside's last market was Saturday and Etsy (while still open) won't be dispatching orders until next week.

It's been a busy year inside and outside of Upside, with some new products and ideas, dappling in different market locations and a big increase in Etsy sales in the Christmas run up.

I want to say thank you to all the customers and supporters of Upside for every purchase, like, comment, share, conversation, material donation or hello! I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year with your loved ones and will see you refreshed in 2025!

A fab couple of days at 🏰! Thanks to everyone who came out and shopped with us!

So many lovely conversations with visitors and I love the excitement of my customers when they fall in love with something I have made ❤️

Tried out a new stand set up which I was pleased with, enjoyed having my Hubby as a sidekick, wandering round the gardens a van stop over and a trip to the beach.

One more market left for 2024 at on Saturday 21st, plus Etsy is still open (last orders for xmas is Wed 18th December)!
