The Pugh family have been supplying the local community with unrivalled gardening products and knowledge since the 1930s, and such has been the demand that we have grown from a market garden of bedding plants, fruit and vegetables to become the ultimate home, garden and foodie destination! Although we travel the world to hand pick the very best specimens (including trees and topiary from Tuscany a

nd cacti from Peru), we stay true to our roots by growing our own selection of shrubs, perennials, fruit, vegetables, bedding and basket plants at our very own Pugh's nursery on the outskirts of Cardiff. Committed to keeping things local, we at Pugh's thrive on supporting our local communities, and are proud to announce that we are involved with a variety of community projects and charitable events throughout the year. Due to the forecasted extreme temperatures, all Pugh’s Garden Village sites (excluding the Food Hall at Radyr) will be closing early at 4:00pm on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June to support the wellbeing of both our colleagues and customers.

This is excluding our Garden Kitchen’s in Newport and Abergavenny and Food Hall in Radyr which will be remaining open as normal as there is air conditioning in these areas (our Wenvoe Food Hall will be closing at 4pm as it is connected to the Garden Centre).

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Most importantly, please take care of yourselves, stay hydrated, and look out for one another during the hot weather. 🌞
