Oops completely forgot to share this lovely portrait that I completed last year, I blame the baby and the house renovation (would not recommend finding out you're pregnant a week after the scaffolding goes up on a huge loft conversion).

Anyway, Blue was an absolute delight to paint. As usual created by layering up the watercolour and then scribbling all the detail on with an ink pen at the end.

A tough decision but the right one for me at the moment. Hopefully it won't be the end, and in time I will find the spac...

Such a labour of love and so worth it 💕

Back to my roots with this one, ditching the watercolour for the acrylics again, a mixture of textured aspects and highly detailed brushwork. Absolutely love the finished result but not sure I'll be agreeing to paint a brick wall again any time soon 🤣
