Tyne Riverside Country Park Café, Prudhoe

Looking for something to do this weekend? Head down to Walton Village for the Baal festival 3pm till 8pm

What to expect: A massive bonfire is set on the village green, and a giant straw “goddess” is typically staged outside the village hall. It is accompanied by a local makers market, food stalls, and community celebrations. It is one of the last traditional fire ceremonies of its kind remaining in the country.
