Heck I can't even afford an appointment with my private pain doctor let alone the upkeep for the prescription I haven't been able to cover....

Full disclosure the image on the site is a shirt imade for my wife's first tranniversary - that is clearly not my design and I would never ever sell someone else's graphic without proper licensing 💜

Secondly and possibly more importantly as I get more stock buying power the profit goes up (the more you buy the cheaper it gets to make sorta deal)
