‘The DBT way’ - processes we are proud of! 1st and foremost we ship products as we would like to receive them ourselves. All standard 4” items ship within our very own Pop Pod Protectors!
Secondly - communication, we are aiming to shy away from giving corporate responses. We want to reply to all customers as people and we aim to rectify all issues quickly. We also aim to answer all messages and queries right away while lot not letting issues drag on.
