Adlib recently completed a permanent Coda Audio International upgrade at Altrincham Garrick Playhouse to support its diverse programme of theatrical productions and live events. 🎭

Involving a comprehensive CODA Audio loudspeaker system and networked amplification, the project required improved coverage consistency and maximum vocal intelligibility, while remaining discreet enough not to detract from intimate theatrical performances.

In April, Adlib were proud to support Rick Astley during the UK and Ireland leg of his ‘The Reflection Tour,’ supplying an integrated touring solution encompassing lighting, video, rigging and a loudspeaker system. Collaborating with our sister company, triplex, who provided the FOH and Monitor package for the tour, we delivered a unified technical platform to support the tour’s creative vision, tailored for arena-size venues.

Many thanks to Production Manager Tori Lucion for bringing us onboard, and to the fabulous touring crew for delivering a fantastic production during a jam-packed touring schedule.

We've recently welcomed an extensive delivery of new lighting fixtures into our rental inventory. Working closely with our partners at Ambersphere, GLP, and Martin, we've taken in a large stock of Astera Titan and Helios Tubes, GLP JDC Burst 1s, Martin MAC Aura Raven XIPs, MAC Ultra Performances and MAC Viper XIPs as well as ROXX CLUSTER B2 FCs.

Whenever we receive new stock, our Asset and Warehouse Teams work meticulously together to ensure every item is functioning as it should before it goes into our hire system. Each piece receives a unique asset code, is PAT- and operationally tested, with any required firmware updated along the way, and is then packaged in custom flight cases built by our Manufacturing and Fabrication team to ensure a long and reliable lifespan in the harshest of environments.

For this delivery, Natalie Gebbie's Lighting Prep team, comprising Oscar Ablett, Charlie Robinson, Izzy Gordon, and Josh Hibbert, worked closely with Chris Lewis, Lighting Asset Co-ordinator, to process and get everything ready just in time for festival season.

Adlib recently completed a technical refurbishment and control upgrade at the New Adelphi Theatre, part of the University of Salford. The project encompassed a detailed consultation on the existing ETC Paradigm system, the installation of custom architectural lighting, mechanical engineering works, and the supply of audio and lighting control surfaces.
