PSA: DELIVERIES AND DELAYS.
We're currently running up to 24 hours behind on shipping orders due to production staff shortages.

In addition, in the past week particularly we have been made aware of multiple delays across the country in localised Royal Mail delivery offices. We have been advised by Royal Mail that we should wait 10 working days before contacting them for areas with known issues - most of these are due to self isolation at individual Royal Mail facilities. Note that your delivery may pass multiple points in the Royal Mail network between us and its final destination, and that issues anywhere along that route can cause delays. We're asking our customers to be patient with us whilst we navigate Royal Mails issues ourselves, and advise adding an additional 2-3 days to estimated delivery times for any print-on-demand items you are selling in the meantime.

We are considering permanently stocking Childrens T-shirts for our print-on-demand customers.

We would like your opinion on the following:

1. Is this a product that you would be interested in offering?

2. At what price point, inclusive of VAT and delivery, would you ideally be looking at per t-shirt?

3. What colours are the most common that you would like to see stocked? i.e white, black, navy…

4. What age range would you like to see these start from?

5. If known, what volume of children’s t-shirts would you expect to have printed on demand with us per month (on average)?


The product offering, when launched, would include the t-shirt itself (185gsm 100% organic cotton, ribbed collar, taped neck, and side seams), a high quality pre-treatment to prolong the life of the garment (even on white garments), full colour printing to the front of the t-shirt, all labour, and Royal Mail 24 postage. The turnaround time would be within 48 hours, with a target dispatch time of “same working day” if ordered before 1pm. You could therefore, in a theoretical perfect world, have your print-on-demand t-shirt delivered direct to your customer the very next working day.

We have already conducted various tests and were not happy with the quality and washability of existing brands on the market. We have found Fruit of the Loom in particular to be of a quality that is below the standards we set ourselves.

With this in mind we have sourced, and are looking at continually producing and stocking, our own unbranded white-label T-shirts made bespoke to our requirements. This gives us full control over the manufacturing, supply and print process from start to finish and makes our product offering unique within the UK.

We'd like to make all customers know that we've become aware of a postal delay for smaller items sent via Royal Mail. Items sent on a 24 hour service (excluding special delivery) are taking, on average, approximately 4-5 days.

This is a nationwide problem and not unique to us - all print on demand orders are still being produced in their usual timeframes - earlier in some cases.

Larger parcels are similarly affected but delays do not appear as lengthy. The Manchester area and postcodes beginning "NE" appear to be taking the longest.
